At True Mobility we take great care in making sure that we take accurate measurements pre- installation.
Before making a recommendation, we will look at all factors and requirements, to ensure you have the most appropriate stairlift for your needs.
Our years in the stairlift industry, mean you can trust us with assistance & advice on the purchase of your stairlift.

What we do

When you enquire about a stairlift we always ask if you are able to visit the store and try out one of the demonstration stairlifts. As well as giving you a clear idea of how they work, it also allows us to better understand your physical capabilities and requirements (how well you are able to operate the controls, lifting and lowering the seat, swivelling the seat at the top of the stairs etc). However, if this isn't possible we will come out to you.

In order to provide you with an accurate quotation we would then need to visit your home and do a quick survey of your staircase. The survey normally takes around 15 - 20 minutes and immediately following this we leave you with information and return to the store to calculate and send your quotation. NOTE - We do not sell to you at your home. None of our staff are paid sales commission and we do not pay commission to third parties for the introduction of business. We hope you will be happy with the price and the service provided and should you want to proceed it is simply a matter of contacting the store to place an order. A deposit is required at time of order with the balance payable on day of installation.

Depending on the model selected, time from order to install can be anything from 3 days to 5 weeks.
